Geelong based Custom Sportswear Company TWP are excited to announce their collaboration with Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision, in the way of supplying MRV football jumpers and Aline netball dresses to clubs to hire for their local ‘Maddie’s Match’ rounds.
“TWP support many charities but we think MRV has a great link to sport. We have a strong sports audience which can relate to the great work MRV do. And (so) we made the approach to get involved” Adam Skrobalak, TWP Managing Director. “We want to help create awareness at a local sports level and we want to help clubs raise awareness by lending these great MRV netball uniforms and football jumpers”.
The Jumper and Aline sets will be available for all football/ netball clubs and teams at no cost for hire. For those clubs who aren’t local to Geelong to pick up and drop off of the sets, TWP will post out the garments for free, with postage to return at the clubs cost.
“Just borrow – wear- wash and send back. Any money the clubs raise can then go straight to MRV to help find a cure.”
The Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision was founded by the Riewoldt family in June 2015, following the tragic death of Maddie Riewoldt on 24th February 2015. MRV aims to raise funds to #fightlikemaddie and find new treatments for Bone Marrow Failure.
The launch of the TWP/ MRV jumpers and Alines will kick off on the 23rd of July with East Geelong FNC wearing the garments against Werribee Centrals at Richmond Crescent, East Geelong. East Geelong’s Maddie’s Match round will coincide with their ‘Ladies Day’, with a raffle and silent auction and all proceeds going to MRV.
“We are proud to be involved and very happy to be able to give something back to such a great foundation”
